Yellowecho dot com has been online since March 2000 and is the creation of Charles Peifer. It started as a learning experience and simple online photo gallery of Charles' photos. Charles' first online photo gallery was created in early 1999 with free website services and grew from there.

This website is in essence a photo gallery but it includes other facets. The largest section and most trafficked area is the section labeled Destinations. This section of Yellowecho includes various destinations across the United States where I have traveled too. Each destination includes directions, notable links, photographs of the location, current weather, and other useful information.

The entire collection of photos found on this website can be accessed at the Photo Collection. A  update blog has been installed and it is the best way to view the latest updates to this website.

A HTML navigation bar is found on the top of every page. With this navigation, web visitors are able to access any page in this web site from the page they are currently on.

The Yellowecho Index page has changed over time from mainly graphics to text as a majority of visitors to this site do not enter at www.yellowecho.com.

The Index Page now serves more information for better overall site navigation as the website has grown to over 60 pages and well over 300 photographs.

The photography and web design was done by Charles Peifer.

Photos posted on this site were taken with the Sony Mavica FD-91, Pentax K1000, Pentax Z-5n, Fuji Finepix 6900, Sony 717, Sony V1, Sony U20, Sony 828, Nikon D70s, and the Nikon 200.

Compression and enhancements on photos were done with Microsoft PhotoDraw 2000 V2, Adobe Photo Elements 2, Adobe Photoshop CS2,  PT Assembler, Autostitch, and PT GUI.

The preferred QVTR 360 degree web viewer is Apple's Quicktime.

This web page was designed and maintained with Microsoft FrontPage 2003. It started with FrontPage 98.
