I am an immigrant to this country and am very grateful for the rights and freedoms I obtained when I became a citizen. The events on 9/11 shook me to the core, I could barely stand to see any pictures without crying. These pictures however did make me cry. I shed tears of joy and pride because of the beauty that rose from the ashes. Thank you so much for these pictures.

I really have enjoyed looking at your website and seeing what you’ve done. Your 360 degree panoramic shots are amazing! Thank you so much for promoting my book. You’ve done for me what I’ve tried to do for others. Hopefully, in the near future, I’ll have a web-site up and running. You may be interested to know that my third waterfall book — Hudson Valley Waterfall Guide — is due out in a couple of weeks.
Keep up the good work.

Your artistic images of the Catskills are breathtaking. I am a graphic artist living in Michigan and can visit the Catskills only once every five years due to the financial constraints of retirement/financial reverses, so your images make it possible for me to block out paintings and drawings without actually traveling on-site. As I recreate [oil, pastel, watercolor and graphite/ink/charcoal] scenes based on your images, my soul is filled with the beauty of what you have made available to us all. And your artistic sense is an inspiration to me also.
Bless you. And, keep up the magnificent work.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. I visited New York last week and had dinner at The River Cafe under the Brooklyn Bridge. I fell in love with the bridge and your photographs take my breath away.

Would it be okay for my 4th grade daughter to use one of your photos for a school project? She is creating a book report in the form of a mobile on The Far Side of the Mountain, which takes place in the Catskills. My daughter’s comment regarding your photo was “Isn’t that a beautiful place? Can we go there sometime?”

I feel uplifted by your artistic vision. I was raised around Shiprock NM I am a Navajo Indian. Your images are Hózhó This is the navajo word that expresses the concept of beauty or beautiful conditions. Thanks.

My book club thoroughly enjoyed your photographs of the Catskills, as they are studying the region. You inspired these 6th graders. Thanks.

It was a pleasure to cross paths with you as you were photographing in the mountains of Saugerties. And what a thrill to see your website…your work is absolutely magnificent. It was great to relive in such poetic beauty some of the same places I have been in my travels. Thanks for posting your photos for all to enjoy! Best,

I’m an experienced amateur over many years and have done simple panoramas on film and latterly digital. I do like your pictures, took a look at most. Especially like Delicate Arch National Park, Jones Beach, Ship Rock – nice composition. Thanks for putting them on display. Fired me up to try some proper panos. You are so lucky to be able to get so much good light in the US. A bit harder here in the UK, especially where I live near Manchester!
