Kaaterskill Falls
is the highest two-tiered waterfall in New York state.
The trail to
Kaaterskill Falls is located on NYS route 23A, near Palenville and
Haines Falls. From the parking area, walk back to the trailhead at
Bastion Falls.
Continue on the
trail (yellow markers) for about 0.5 miles to the base of Kaaterskill
